Use a multimeter to check the power at the end of the power cord. This will tell you if the power cord is bad.

Next verify the power switch is lighting up. There is often a fuse between where the power comes into the machine, but before the lower board

Next issue would be the lower board. It is not uncommon for the lower board to bad out of the box if is a unit where the manufacturer requires the seller to first assemble and test the unit before a customer takes it home.

After putting together my sole f60 treadmill the display wont turn on, it gets a clicking noice, connections are connected. any idea where to start

Hook up the main harness . Make sure you didn't plug one of the connections up backwards. Hooking them up backwards will cause the incline to go all the way up and the display will not come on.

Crosstrainer assembly problems

Most people will be able to relate to your problem, I have had many complications trying to put together home gym apparatus of kind or another.

It sounds to me as if the manufacturers do not product test their goods well before dispatch, so they assume that it will just fit all together if you have all the right bolts. If you have followed all of the instructions to the best of your ability, I would suggest contacting the supplier of the machine and ask for their assistance in putting it together.

If it is under warranty, then you should be able to ask for someone to come out and put it together for you for free. If not, then return the item and get it delivered for free under warranty in complete working order.

I need to know if I put it back together right

If you pulled it apart and put it back together but now it won't work properly, try checking your IDE cables to the hard drive/cd-rom, make sure they aren't connected backwards. Otherwise just carefully look over the entire board, be sure that the processor, heat sink and fan assembly are all intact and connected properly, do the same with the RAM, power connection, any expansion cards.
