Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Please check the printer type if it is deskjet, officejet so we can emulate the printer with deskjet 990c or deskjet 550 and if we are using lasejet so we can go with lasejet4.....
before add a new printer drive we need to check my default printer port and please make a note of it.
go to start and go to control panal
go printer and faxes
then choose add a local printer
then choose the same port (the one you on default printer)
then don't set the new printer as a default
then click on finish

SOURCE: ESP 7 paper jam error
I had the same problem, but after pressing the OK button when the paper jam came up again I pressed the CANCEL button and was able to print my document. See if that works for you too.

no,ink cartridges cannot be refilled .kodak printers dont recognize refilled cartridges and as such, ink price is very reasonable, clear liquid is white coloured ink. no cartridge resetter is available, cartridges are seated in the printhead of the printer

Kodak printer works with genuine Kodak cartridges and that too brand new not refilled cartridges. The brand new cartridges have a certain code that is recognised by the Printer.Kindly buy genuine cartridges as the printer may be damaged by Non comaptible cartridges.

Yes sounds to me like one of your ink cartridge is empty. Replace and try again.
