Hi there! The only thing that can cause this is the mains transformer that is faulty or there is a short circuit in the power supply like a shot electrolytic capacitor or the rectifier that is shorted

Where can I buy an instruction or how to use manual for a Technics double cassette deck, Dolby System, R5-D190W, cheers Judy

First, get the model number right. R"S"-D190W

There are many Service manuls but I haven't found a user manual.

This one might be close with a little adaptation of where the controls are.

Where can I find a power cord for my technics stereo cassette deck RS-B282?

Not sure what is odd about it-is it a regular IEC 3-prong? Mouser may have a cable if it's something else.

Technics RS-TR373 is chewing tapes

A lot of tape chewing problems are caused by the capstan roller being worn. Check for wear or oxide on that first.

Panasonic DMR-EZ47V Error Code F03

I saw this same issue. I would unplug and plug in the DVD and it would still show error code F03.

It turns out that one of my kids had shoved a couple of small objects inside the VHS opening and it was blocking the operation. I removed the objects and it works fine.

This error code is not listed in the manual that came with the DVD player.

Suggest having a good clean and replace belts. If it stops around halfway on a C90 or near the end then there's a load problem on the take up reel, before halfway the supply reel.
