Problem for Electrolux Envirosteamer 370A Canister Vacuum

Used the steamer for about 2 hours and it just stopped.

No steam coming out or the hose at all even though plenty of water in the tank. Turned it off, let it cool down and topped up tank - still no steam coming up the hose. Left it for 2 days and tank is heating but still no steam coming up the hose.
