Are you sure your ink is not on the verge of finishing? Try changing the colour ink and print again. Sometimes I take the cartridge out, shake the ink down just in the same flashing motion as I do my pen, then replace it. You may try that.

If the inks in those cartridge are still enough for print, you need to clean the head. For this follow me : 1. From the Printing Preference window (the window where you used to set paper type, paper size .....) choose the Maintenance tab. 2. On that Tab, you will see some tools, click on the CLEANING button, load a paper in the printer, after cleaning the printer will print some patterns, repeat till you satisfied with. 3. If the problem persist, try DEEP CLEANING. 4. Also perform a PRINT HEAD ALIGNMENT by following the onscreen instructions.
