SOURCE: wireless keyboard numbers on right not working and wireless mouse light not on

My Dell wireless keyboard doesn't work. I replaced the batteries in it and pressed the green button on the back of it then the button on the wireless thing plugged into the computer. That light blinks for a few seconds then stops but the keyboard still doesn't work. My wireless mouse works fine.

SOURCE: Wireless mouse and keyboard not working

If you have got a USB receiver for the wireless keyboard and mouse, then the solution might be with the receiver. Normally we know that to play a USB thumb drive, we simply plug in and play. But some model of Acer computer require us to press the button on the thumb drive to activate it. The model I had (an Aspire model) set the press button same as the blicking light bulb. So (a) turn on computer, (b) plug in thumb drive receiver (c) press button on the drive, (d) press "contact" button on the mouse and keyboard. That works for me.

Why the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse don't work on my acer Aspire Z1-621 all in one pc

Strange that BOTH stopped working. Did you check batteries?
Remove USB controller for mouse and test keyboard alone,
Then replace mouse and remove keyboard USB You should use another keyboard (USB or PS2) because your computer won't start up without a keyboard.
If both fail, test them on some othrer computer, ask a friend. Might take sust seconsds to do it.
If test on other computer shows ok, you may have some problem in USB ports.
If actually neither of them work anywhare, so no way but still interesting question, how both of them went bad at same time?
Actually I 've heard many complaints of these wirelss keyboards and Mouse. Probably there are some very bad quality around.
I had a wireless mouse and worked only for about 3 months.

How do i get bluetooth working on my aspire5535 laptop

Activate the Bluetooth features of your Acer Aspire to unlock your laptop's wireless function. Bluetooth technology allows your computer to control and share data with external devices without having to use a connection cable or download drivers.
In order to establish the connection with other enabled devices, you must first enable the Bluetooth antenna so other devices can locate your computer.

Press the "Bluetooth" button found just above the keyboard.
The LED above the button should illuminate.
Click "Start," "Control Panel" and "Add a Device."
Your Acer scans for other Bluetooth devices in the area.
Click the name of the device in the window that appears, and click "Next" to establish a connection with the external device.

How do i get my wireless technika mouse wm110pk to connect to my laptop?

Insert the USB dongle that came with your technika wireless mouse into a USB computer port on your machine.

This dongle, which resembles a regular flash drive in appearance, can be plugged into any available USB port.

Once inserted, it immediately turns on.

Insert the required amount of batteries (typically two AA batteries, though it changes depending on the model) into the compartment on the bottom of your HP wireless mouse.

Flip the "ON" switch on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.

Press the "Sync" button on the bottom of your technika wireless mouse.

The mouse will now sync with your computer and will be immediately usable.

hope this helps

i have read some good and bad reviews on this mouse one stated the wireles stopped working several times and it had to be replaced

Hi, I have a DELL wireless travel-mouse which works fine on my DELL inspiron, but does not work on my ACER Aspire One netbook - do I need to find a specific driver or will it never work? thanks. David

Wireless mice usually work via radio frequencies commonly referred to as RF.this is also the case with bluetooth technology.so if your mouse is a bluetooth mouse you may need to run the software to make the mouse communicate with your PC.another issue is pairing (coordinating your mouse's transmitter with your mouse's receiver. It requires both parts to operate on the same frequencies, usually by using the same identification code. Pairing takes place to try to eliminate interference. Some devices automatically pair both devices at start up; others need to be manually paired by entering the same codes on both devices.once both devices are paired they will generally communicate with each other.best of luck.

My Acer aspire5535 wont charge if i have the charger in or out it makes no change i tried my brothers charger as he has the same laptop but it still wont work pleease help

cdjh

In regards to you issue with your Acer Aspire5535 not changing most likely it is an issue with the changing mechanism which is a part of the motherboard.

Since you have tried another AC Adapter you may try to reseat the battery. If this does not work I would call Acer support for an RMA so they can replace your motherboard.

Hope this helps

Where can i get windows vista driver for my tesco technika wireless mouse?

Below is a link to download Tesco's wireless mouse/keyboard drivers. It's a zip file so it will need to be opened and all files extracted before using. Tesco provides little information as to which what Operating Systems the drivers are for, just bundled them all together. Best of luck.
