Honeywell RTH 221 Programmable Thermostat. Jumper missing

The proper way to do it would be to use a small piece of wire stripped at the ends. Then use a small amount fo solder on each end to connect RC to RH. Or use a small piece of solid(stiff) wire and strip the ends. The wrap the ends around the connector and crimp them to make contact. I would not use a paper clip. A paper clip is not designed to carry 24volt current and could melt.

I have codes po 638, 121, 221 does all these mean that i need a throttle body, also epc light comes on . with pwer loss , turn car back on you have power at first with all codes but i n a short time light...

I believe it's all related to youe brake light switch. There is a recall on it. It sticks and causes the epc kight to flash, also causing your other stated issues. If recall working has been done, buy the dealer switch. It's easy to replace.
