Check out the Tech support Team at NIKON Don't fiddle with it your self - this is a very delicate mechanism At fours years old- it is likely that a new camera is the only remedy.

I bought Canon EF 75-300mm III Zoom Lens, but the len is very loose, is it problem

Long and short of it...if the photos are close to "decent", dont worry bout it :) It aint no L Lens but can still throw out a good pic every now n then. Tip it from one end to the other whilst holding it...if you hear something go \'ring-a-chicka-chink-chink-clunk\', then youve got problems, otherwise grin and bear the looseness - mine lasted 6 years of hard yacker before i dropped it in the drink!

If camera shows no sign of abuse, play st-pid and take it back to where you bought it and tell them unit is defective and you want to exchange it for a working model.

if lights are haligen lights, you may be adding to the problem, never touch them after you have removed the lamps, do not use your hands to install them, oils from hands cause them to burn out quicker, use a cloth to install them do not touch lights

So the lens is dislocated. Sometimes it's possible especially on canons to set the lens by twisting on it while pulling, when the lens is extended or partially extended (the camera has to be off for that). In most cases though the camera may need to be partially disassembled and lens housing loosened before it can be set.
