Dell W1700 LCD TV static audio and b/w picture

My Dell W1700 LCD TV picture is only in black and white. The audio is riddled with static. It is hooked to a satellite system. Is there a fix or is it ready for the monitor graveyard?

Hi bsut96,
Check the cable between the monitor and the box for damage. Try a new cable. It may be a problem with the input board but it sounds like a cable problem. Let me know what you find and please rate this solution. Lone99star
