Have you ever Reinstalled WindowsXP on your laptop, or know if a previous user (if any) has done so?
I also Recommend You getting this Update From Dell. (if you haven't already.)

And Running windows update can also help (sometimes) in fixing this type of problem.

I'm currently Determined to help you Fix this Problem.

Whant show pictures

Get an USB card reader, insert the SD memory card into the USB card reader and then connect the cable from the USB card reader into the USB port on your computer. Your computer will see the card reader and SD memory as an external storage device, click on this drive and open the folders on the SD memory card to view your photos.

How can i copy or download a photo from my computer to my memory card?(those photos was sent through email)

Open the picture or photo.
Right click on it and select "Save"
Save it to your desktop.
Insert your memory card, it should let you select "Open folder to view files"
When it opens the files, you can right click and paste or drag and drop the photo, mp3, file or anything onto the card.
If this does not work for you, let me know and I'll be more step by step descriptive.

How do i download aphoto memory card to my computor

make sure you buy an adapter for the photo sd card. and once you plug it in the computer will ask you what you want to do with the photos and do the rest. it is really quite simple. i just did it on my laptop yesterday. I had to buy the card adapter at walmart and it costs $15 dollars but it is well worth the money when you see all those memories on the computer. enjoy

Oh ! my pc hangs on cmos booting....what do i do ?

By any chance, do you have a external memory installed? Like a USB stick or an SD card from your camera? If you do, remove the memory then reboot!

How can I send photos from my memory card to my memory stick

Insert the memory card into a USB card reader and connect it into the USB port of your computer and also connect your memory stick into another USB port on your computer. You computer will detect both memory devices and you can click on them to open and view the files, then copy the photos on the memory card and paste them on the memory stick.
If you have only one USB port then copy the photos from the memory card into your computer then connect the memory stick to your computer and copy the photos from the computer to the memory stick.
