SOURCE: I have a Sunbeam Model

liquids, dry ingredients, then yeast last

when adding yeast, make a sort of crater in the middle of the dry ingredients and put the yeast in that pit

if recipe has salt, sprinkle it around the outside of the dry ingredients so that it's away from the yeast; helps the bread rise better

SOURCE: HHH Error Code

Generally, an HHH error code means the machine is sitll too hot from making the previous loaf. Keep the door open for a bit and allow it to cool down.

Hi,
Looks like you need a new bread pan. Try looking on Ebay. They are expensive. I just bought a new one at walmart instead.

SOURCE: Sunbeam 5891 Breadmaker stops for several seconds

It is normal. It allows the dough to fall back on the mixer blade. Often these reverse and that also gives the motor time to come to complete stop before reversing.

Cuisinart bread oven menu will not change

Plug your machine in and push the menu button again and again are the numbers changing from program to program? If not push the start/stop button with no ingredients in it and if it starts kneading wait a few seconds then push the start/stop button again UNTIL IT BEEPS AND STOPS. Unplug the machine and plug it in again and the program 1 should show again, just push the Menu button until you see the number 9 program. Did that work?

I need a manual for the magic mill auto bakery model #mmab300

From what I can assess about the unit is as follows:
The timer is for a delay start
The auto selection appears to be for setting the darkness of the loaf
After the unit kneads, it will beep for you to add the extra ingredients (i.e. raisins, etc.).
I hope this helps, I am still looking for the manual.

Order of adding ingredients to bread maker

Not sure what order your machine might use but normally the yeast goes in first thing or last.
The aim is to keep the yeast away from all liquids and fats till the mixing starts. It must stay dry.

Hi Lost info on order in which ingredients are placed in machine. I have an old Williams Sonoma unit. Thanks Marilyn

It doesn't make any difference unless you are using the time delay. If you are baking right away just add the ingredients in which ever order you want but add the yeast last just before pushing the start button.

Need manual for jmb hb250 breadmaker and recipes

Using the JMB HB-250 Bread Maker
Those of you who have acquired the HB-250 bread-maker without a manual may require some advice on how to get started. I do not have a user or service manual but have used this machine for some time.

How to load the tin.
For this bread-maker to work flawlessly it is best to load the ingredients in the following order: A basic bread recipe is included as an example:

First Liquids. 300ml water
Second Flour. If you aerate it so much the better. 500grams
Third Ingredients in each corner:
salt / butter / milk powder (if desired) / sugar.
1 tps salt / 15 grms butter / 2 tps mik powder / 1.1/2 tps sugar
Fourth Yeast. Make an indentation in the centre of the flour and tip in the
contents of the sachet. Sachet is 7 grms.

You are ready to go. You can get loads of recipes by trawling the web.

Operation.
This is a very simple machine and it gets the job done without complications. It is what it is without all the bells and whistles. You must observe the cooking times because it is no good starting a whole-wheat loaf at 3:0pm hoping it will be ready for 5:0pm
There are six selections to choose from: Basic, W.Wheat, Sweet, French, Cake, and Dough. The approximate time cycles for each of the selections is as follows:
  • Basic 190min 3h 10m
  • W.Wheat 230min 3h 50m
  • Sweet 200min 3h 20m
  • French 210min 3h 30m
  • Cake 85min 1h 25m
  • Dough 75min 1h 15m
  1. Plug the unit into the wall socket and switch on. A long beep is heard and the green indicator above the ON/OFF switch is illuminated.
  2. Using the Select button press and choose the method for your bread. A green indicator will show you which selection you have made.
  3. Press the On/Off button to start the bread-maker. The chosen selection indicator will start flashing
Note: Once started the machine will continue to the end of the cycle.

Stopping the Bread-maker. To switch OFF or reset the operation press and hold the ON/OFF button until the machine resets and the selection indicator stop flashing. The machine is now in its OFF position. If required you can re-select a program or just switch off.

W. Wheat Selection - Using this selection the machine appears to do nothing when switched on. It will take 30 minutes before you hear the machine in operation. Do not assume it is not working it is. The heater slowly increases the working temperature required by the ingredients.

Once cooking starts - don't be tempted to lift the lid to see what is happening. Buy a high-powered LED torch and view the workings through the window on the top of the machine. Opening the lid destroys the internal temperature; this will cause your bread to deflate.

Adding extras: If you want to add fruits or olives etc to your loaf; wait until 8 beeps is heard then add. This will be approximately half way through the proving cycle

End of cycle: The Morse code for VICTORY (as 3 sets of dit dit dit dah.) is heard.

When i push the start button the machine beeps and LLL shows in the display

That means the temperature in the oven is too low. The manual says you should push the start/stop button un plug it and put the bread machine in a warm room before restarting.

push the "stop" button until it beeps..........then unplug your machine....then plug it back in...... and push the select button again and again until the program you want appears in the read out then push "start" your paddle should start kneading slowly unless you choose whole wheat, then it might take about 1/2 hour until it starts kneading.... After adding ingredients, plugged in bread maker and selected time. It beeped, but no mixer came on as usual. I unplugged and reset. Still no results. Please advise how to get it to mix and bake.

Some machines have a delay before they start kneading if they detect that the ingredients are not at the right temperature. Try waiting about 10 minutes after you pust start and see if it starts kneading. I have a Breadman machine that warms up for about 5 or 10 minutes and then starts kneading.

How long do I cook the bread

Place the ingredients into the bread machine, liquid first, then flour and dry ingredients, make a little pit in the top of the flour and put the yeast in there. Then start the machine. You add fruit and nuts later, usually there is a beep for adding things.
