Question about Dell Inspiron Mini 1012 Netbook (IM1012799OBK)
I would like to share with you my experience, I went to www.vanskeys.com to buy a key, to my surprise, their attitude is very good, but the key work is normal, there is very little money I spent, very happy the first purchase and recommend it to you.

Even though you have no product key, you should still be able to open and use the product.
If this is true, open one of the programs (will need to do for each as they are opened; word, excel, powerpoint etc) go to the start menu (top left) and select Options: Here you will find a menu with differnet options. Look for the one that will allow you to "request a product key". Once you click on this, you will be brought to the Microsoft Website for retrieveing a new product key.
Once you have this, right it down so you'll have a copy of it - you may copy and past it into the appropriate place when starting the program; i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
Remember, you may need to do this for each program. If this does not work, I suggest removing the suite from your computer (if a trial version) and going to the Microsoft Website and downloading a new trial version. When you do this, it will show you a product key on the screen - copy it using your mouse (highlight, then right click and copy). After the trial version has downloaded, go to the start menu, and find the trial version (should be highlighted, as it has not been opened; open the program and paste the product key when prompted.
The same product key can be used for each program of a suite - however, programs downloaded seperateley will require individual product keys.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
