Trouble with my q (by 5 users)

Motorola Flash Mode Boot loader version:BOOT_C_03.08.00R MPAP SHOWS ON MY PHONE AN WANT COME ON

My phone is now doing the same thing. It turns on and just sits at the Alltel screen,...If I take battery out and back in and place on charger it will show that but will never turn on past the alltel screen,...Worse yet they wont look at it because no service contract even though its only a month old. They state well you can extend your contract and pick a new phone..Any help?

I have had the motorola q for 2 days and when I went to turn it on after the battery died and I hooked it to the charger the alltell screen came up and froze there. I have taken the battery out numerous times and when I turn it back on it still does the same exact thing. If off and I hook it to the charger it will go to the gharge battery screen but when I turn it back on after awhile it still does the same thing.

Once I turn on the phone, it never loads up. It just turns on the phone with a screen saying "verizon wireless" but will not go any further. It just stays there. I have tried fully charging it, draining it and removing the battery and restarting it. Nothing works. please help
