I have a Konica Minolta Magicolor 2400W color laser printer. Whenever I try to print, the error button starts blinking. The paper doesn't feed so it isn't jammed. When I turn it on, the printer starts up okay and the Ready light stays lit. Then when I hit the print function, it starts running and acts like it is ready to print only to have it stop and the Error light begins to flash.

The possible reason for error is the printer does notread chip on the cartridges.
The reader for chips locate inside the printer bottom ofcartridges.
Take out all cartridges and you see reader it is a small blackplastic which come three contact plates.
Just clean it with compressed air and take out if some contactplate is sedentary.
