Question about Numark TT200 Turntable
I have a Numark TT200. It will speed up and slow down on it's own without me using the pitch. Also, when I am letting go of the record it slowly speeds up to where it needs to be. What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks for helping me out.
Since you have a direct dirve, your motor speed control circuitry is likely failing. The only other chance is some dried up grease dragging on the platter and thus the motor but this is unlikely un such a young turntable.
It will probably be cheaper to replace than to repair this problem...
