As far as I can ascertain, you need to set your clock time to GMT, and then use the world clock feature to look up times in various cities. It would only be of any use if you were travelling.

there is a "zone a lone" switch on the upper right side of the panel. Make sure it is in the "occupied" position. I believe that is up. If that doesn't work reply back.

Tip

GM - Cars and Trucks with duel zone climate control

Most GM vehicles with separate driver side and passenger side heat and air conditioning can have problems with having heat on one side and cold on the other . The dealer has a computer that can calibrate these systems when the mess up to determine if it has a bad accuator or it's just lost memory. I worked for GM and read thru a test manuel and found that you don't have to have the computer to reset or test this system. If you disconnect the battery for 10 minutes then hook the battery back up , start the vehicle turn the fan switch to medium , do not touch any other part of the system , the climate control will go into a self calibration mode, wait untill it goes thru this self test mode, aproximately 2 to 3 minutes .During this mode you will feel and hear the accuators moving thru their ranges. After they stop changing postions now set your desired temperature for both sides if their is no hard faults (failed parts) the system will resume normal operation . If one or the other still does not blow the correct temperature replace that sides temp accuator repeat the self test mode and you should be fixed. This is a quick and easy way to test your own climate system with out paying the dealer their 100 dollar computer diagnostic fee.

Installed an rth2510 and installed as labeled on old stat and sounds like my ac nut is buzzing outside, any thought?

question: do you have a multiple thermostat setup in 1 zone? If so check what settings are for your heat on each thermostat. Make sure that the heat is not set higher than the room's temperature.
check what settings are for your cooling on each thermostat. Make sure that the cooling is set accordingly.

if you have multiple thermostats setup in 1 zone. the thermostat with the lowest temperature will reign supreme. The heat setting on that thermostat will be what's causing the buzz on the heater.

optionally, hard reset your thermostat as a precaution. Here's how to do so: there are two types of thermostats i know of programmable and non-programmable.

disable auto & enable manual; however do NOT change settings or power-off t-stat. Remove battery and power down the thermostat until you see nothing on the thermostat monitor; power OFF the switch connected to your t-stat. Remove battery and reinsert inverted, if needed, press whatever button that your heart desires to make sure that nothing is absolutely drawing into that mode, button, etc; wait (5sec-1min); remove batters; wait 1min; then, reinsert batteries in its correct position; if you have a programmable thermostat; do the same with the hit 'reset filter' held down observe if the roomTemp reading has changed.

May I suggest to keep an extra thermometer around to determine if temperature reading accurately?

If reset requires a reprogramming to your t-stat, do whatever required to set your desired setting.

cheers, best of luck. i hope i've helped.

background, doing a hard reset in my opinion is similar to removing the battery from a PC motherboard.

I have 2 zones, both of which are programmed. The display for zone 2 works fine. When I am looking at zone 1, the desired heating and cooling temps display as -- with no temps there. The system is set on...

Are these reading temps at 2 separate tstats or are you using temp sensors that send the temp back to the stat. It sounds like the sensor is not communicating with the stat.

E68 error code

This E68 is a stuck keypad.

The error E68 means the CCU has sensed a stuck button on the console. MANY times this is a false error and means that either the CCU or interface must be replaced, but SOMETIMES, there really is a stuck button. Try to run a diagnostic using the instructions I have provided below, let me know if you need any help with it.
1. Press and hold Select and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds to reset the control. The buzzer will sound
1 time and " res" will be shown briefly in the display.
2. Immediately after, rotate cycle selector knob 5 turns counter-clockwise to the second position from the bottom.
Press and hold the Options and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. The control will enter test mode,
the buzzer will sound 3 times and all LED's will rapidly flash.
After entering the test mode, the cycle selector knob can now be rotated to select the following tests:
Rotate the cycle selector knob clockwise from the starting position:
0 turns: All LED's will flash.
1 turn: Drive motor runs; heat source is on. Drying LED is lit. "H" and the control thermistor reading will toggle
back and forth in the display.
2 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Cool Down LED is lit and "AF" (Air Fluff) is displayed.
3 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Drying and Cool Down LED's are lit and numbers appear in the
display showing moisture sensor readings. Opening the door (press in on door switch plunger) and placing
a finger on the both moisture sense bars at the same time will make the numbers decrease. In controls that
do not have a digit display, the More Dry LED should be ON. Opening the door (press in on door switch
plunger) and placing a finger on the both moisture sense bars at the same time will make the Damp LED
come on.
4 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off.
Key test:
a. When the Temperature key is pressed, all the temperature LED's should light.
b. When the Dryness key is pressed, all the dryness level LED's should light.
c. When the Options or Select key is pressed, all the Option LED's should light.
d. When the Start/Pause key is pressed, all the cycle status LED's should light.
e. When the Cancel key is pressed, all the cycle status LED's should light.
5 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is off. Cool Down LED is lit. Control thermistor reading is displayed.
6 turns: Drive motor runs; heat source is on. Drying LED is lit. Control thermistor reading is displayed.
7-11 turns: All LED's will flash
To EXIT test mode, press and hold the Select and Cancel buttons simultaneously for 6 seconds or disconnect power
from dryer. Dryer will be reset for regular operation.
If you cant even enter this mode at all, your interface will have to be replaced. There is no way to determine whether its the interface OR CCU, but in my experience, it's usually the interface that ends up needing replacement. Here is a link to the interface board.

How do I change the temperature range on a Honeywell TH8110u1003 thermostat. The range now won't let me go below 77 in AC mode.

Try adjusting the heat range up. Set it a 77 then try the cool.
I believe the Honeywells have a max range between cool and heat.
also sometimes there is a lock out code on them you'll need the book.
Good luck
