You say that the machine is level, but sometimes using a level isn't enough. Each leg of the machine must bear 25% of the weight/force. The machine generates extreme centrifugal force when spinning. I have used a level and had the bubble perfect, but still had the machine walk all over. I would make some adjustments on the supports before I tore into the washer looking for other possible problems. Hope this helped and best wishes.
