Is the cicret bracelet fact or hoax?

Would be more of an Apple watch. An iPad should be bigger then a iPhone. The smaller version now is called iPod.
Almost all Apple iOS devices can do the same (Or you can) only the name gives a hint of the size.

I have a hublo big band stainless steel watch (replica) that is too big, how do I alter the size, I can't find anymore pin holes

It's best to take it to your local jeweler, they should be about to help you size the band, or if there is an onsite watchmaker there he should be able to make it smaller in a matter of mintues

One of the screws that connects the band to the body of the watch fell out. Is there any way to replace screw without sending it in to Nike? What size screw would I need if I went to the hardware store?

It is unlikely that any hardware store will have the size of screw that you need, since watch screws tend to be much smaller than are generally available.

The best place to go is a watch shop. They should be able to get it replaced for you.
