Unable to print from Internet Explorer

If you are using anything else the following may (or may not) be of some use:
Verify the correct print driver is being selected. Print by selecting File then Print. The current selected printer should be listed in the Print dialog box. Select the correct printer if the wrong one is selected.
Check the print driver Properties to verify it has not been set to offline.
Try printing from another program to verify the printer is functioning correctly. If other programs can be printed from, there is a problem with the Web browser. Try the remaining steps, and then contact the browser vendor if necessary.
Restart the computer and try printing again. System resources may have become low or a task required to print may have died. Restarting the computer should correct these issues.
Install a universal Microsoft ®) printer driver that is compatible with the HP all-in-one, and then select the universal Microsoft printer driver to print from the Internet. To install a universal Microsoft printer driver, follow the steps (these may vary slightly based on the version of Windows in use) below:
NOTE: The Windows diskettes or CD-ROM may be required to install a universal Microsoft printer driver.
From the Windows Desktop, select Start , Settings , and Printers .
Double-click Add Printer .
Select Next on the first Add Printer Wizard window if one appears in this version of Windows.
If the option for Local or Network printer appears, select Local and then select Next .
Under the Manufacturers list, select HP . Under the Printers list, select the HP Deskjet 855c for newer models, or the Deskjet 550c printer driver for older models. Select Next .
Select the LPT1: Printer Port for parallel installations, or the DOT4_00x port for USB installations, and then click Next .
Select No so the universal printer driver will not be the default printer, and then click Next .
When prompted to print a test page, click No , and then click Finish . Insert the Windows disk if prompted.
Before using the universal driver, it may be necessary to shut down the HP all-in-one software. Do this by right-clicking the HP all-in-one printer icon next to the time in the lower right corner of the screen, and then click the Close (or similar) option.
Print from the Web browser by selecting File , and then Print.
Select the Universal print driver in the Print dialog box before printing.
