Hi, its so unfortunate that you won't be able to view this mail because the picture mail size is larger than what your phone can handle,trying to view this message by all means might destroy the operating system on your phone
Call sprint tech support and have them walk you through resetting your picturemail token. This will require your lock code so you will need to be speaking with sprint. They will also check your picturemail account.
OKay I had the same problem everytime I tried to send a picture apparently my queue was full and I had to erase the pics from my pending folder. I had no idea where my pending folder was. Well all you have to do is go to pictures and go to picture mail. When you get to that you see
under that is the pending messages.
YOU JUST HAVE TO SCROLL DOWN!!!
