SOURCE: ice dispenser spring in door
There should be two slots in the bottom of the panel. Use a screwfriver to pop this out. You will have to unscrew the electrical panel to expose the dispenser area. Be wure to unplug the unit first and be careful not to break any wires.

It should be on the right hand side in the back take off the compressor cover on the back should be 8 or so 1/4 screws nutdriver type and then two more hold on the water valve. If you have a RO system hooked up to refrig you may need to change the filters on the ro or just change the filter on the refrig. those two will also cause the water to drip thru the valve allowing it to drip on the front

Spray a good quantity of WD-40 on the spindle of the fan motor where it enters the motor itself. This should get the fan working smoothly with no noise. This will probably solve the other problems, as the fan prevents various components from overheating and shutting down.
