SOURCE: I have a coleman/evcon heat
I would check the hig voltage power supply to the unit. Check the main breaker and make sure it is on. Check the disconnect and make sure there is power at that point to the condensing unit. The contactor will kick in from the low voltage in the control circuit.

You can contact John Stone supply at www.johnstonesupply.com for a store in your area. They can tell you anything you need to know about warranties, they are a Coleman distributor. You can get the parts from them or they will recommend a service company.

I assume this is a manufactured home, this is probably a two transformer system, either your contactor is welded in the on positon or wyou have control wiring issues, (could be the thermostat)

You need to check the breaker for the A/C in the electrical panel, and have the fuses in the disconnect located near the A/C outdoor unit.
