Look on Ebay.

Try logging in as administrator

If that fails, find a boot disk and login as administrator and make changes to your account

See if there is a reset button in the battery compartment.

How to work a password journal

a lottttt of people do ( i do) and a lot of people i know sooooo ya dont get your hopes up but if you really want one buy a new dairy and it will came with the sasme pen

The directions say to press the reset button located at the 11 o'clock position from the opening button using a pencil/pen point. We bougt two of these and one will not work the day after opening.

there should be a "reset" button inside the battery compartment. press it then follow the prompts.
