I called Sonic Impact at their 800-533-5177 customer service number and they asked me to send my ipod speakers in black zipper case to their San Diego site for repair. That was months ago. I've never heard back and that 800 number is now disconnected. I have no idea where my speakers are and if I'll ever get them back. I only had the speakers about 5 months and they stopped working altogether. i've emailed them and waiting to hear back. I called another number I saw on Google 619-232-2555, but it says it is Omni and you can only leave a voicemail. If anyone has suggestions let me know.

Well, I have the same i-p23. I received it as a gift in August. It stopped working within a couple of months. I called them at that same number - maybe they are Omni now - I dont' know and I returned it and they send me another one. Now, a couple of weeks ago it stop working again. Now, I can't get in touch with them either. I left a message at that Omni number and am waiting to see whether I hear from them.

Same problem. Speakers blew out and you can't get a hold of ANYONE at the company. You might want to try contacting the co-founder and principal Richard Bracke at (not sure if it's his correct email but I'm going to try it) or writing a letter to him at: Address: 255 State St., San Diego, CA 92101-1315

Power LED light does not come on

If still in warranty return , this would be classed as a hardware fault. If not and device is still functioning , possibly a faulty led or bad circuit . If the only issue is led I would leave as repairs could cause more problems

I P 23 Speaker Not Working?

Like several posts my I P23 speaker system just quit working. I didn't have the manual and neither did anyone else. Also, no one on Fix Ya really solved the problem. Well - I finally figured it out. In the left side battery compartment you will notice a small little tab like door. Open that door and there is a 3V flat disc battery. You will need a small flat head screw driver to hold back the spring loaded pin that is holding the battery in place. I found a replacement at Radio Shack. It is smaller in diameter than a standard 3V disc battery. The speakers now work!! Yeah!!!!

Sony i-P23 speakers were dropped and won't work now.

I would go back to where you got it. I have also noticed that the apple workers at the apple store are really good at fixing those things.

New unit doesn't charge IPOD when plugged into 110v

make sure you have the cord plugged in to the DC IN 9V outlet in the speakers and not the audio in. Sounds simple but this is what I was doing wrong.

When plugged in, the ipod batteries go low immediately.

The JBL On Stage Micro is supposed to disable recharging of the iPod when running off AAA batteries to avoid draining them, but sometimes this setting gets stuck even when the unit is plugged in through the AC adapter. The workaround that I found is pulling out and reconnecting the iPod to the Onstage Micro (while both are powered on) and then unplugging and reconnecting the AC adapter. Sometimes you have to repeat this process, but the iPod should start recharging after that. I tried this on different versions of the iPod nano and this seems to work.

I-P23 will not charge iPod nano when connected to power supply

make sure you have iPod cord plugged in to wall and into DC outlets on side of speakers. I had this problem too but this corrected mine.
