a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

On this 1440 watch to cancel the alarm first push the adjust button (bottom right on this watch) this will bring up the alarm time previously set and while still holding the adjust button tap the stop/start button (top right on mine) this should deactivate the alarm

I have this watch, it think its the same one, the manual on the website didnt work for me either :D
To change the Alarm
Hold mode whilst on the time section.
then start/stop changes between hour and minute, adjust changes the number.
To get off that press mode again.
To change the actual Time
Go on to the stopwatch section Hold Mode, if it shows you the alarm press mode to change to time. The seconds should be flashing, press start/stop to change between hour minute second date, and adjust changed the number.
I really hope that helped even if its a month late :D
