Question about Toshiba Satellite P30 P35 Series Notebook
Shutdown most often while playing back video material -- news clips and google video for example. Will restart immediately and may shutdown again within minutes or run for 30 minutes. It will shut down while writing text but far less often. Thinking overheating may be involved I've tried to remove the bottom casing to clean fans and heat sink. After all the screws are out it does begin to come apart but there is resistance on one side which I don't want to force for fear of breaking.
Have you done a virus scan
then a windows update
after that i would do a disk defrag
do you have a lot of programs downloaded
