Nothing your doing wrong at all. Honestly you should just call Pelican and get your money back. those boards are all messed up everyone of them. people have tried to superglue, bondo and epoxy the problem binding but its really not worth it. I would recommend a fiberglass board over plastic. Its a heck of a lot more stable and they are still very reasonable price wise.

Binding adjustment

There is (should be) a screw visible on each of the toe and heel pieces when looking down from directly above. That screw will adjust the height of the piece that clamps down on the top of the tabs on the heel and toe of your ski boots. For proper height measurement, use a credit card (or similar thickness card) and make sure you can somewhat freely slide the card side-to-side under your boot when it is in the binding and clamped down as when you are skiing. Too much play, and you will feel a sloppyness while skiing. Too little and you risk the binding not releasing properly caused by stiction. You can find demonstrations on YouTube also.

How do i square the table to the fence on a dewalt table saw?

Normally we adjust the rip fence so that it toes out 0.10 mm over the lenghth of the rip fence. Some models have to have the trunion shimmed or the table removed/adjusted to achieve this. The toe out ensures no binding but doesn't effect the measuring. Note. adjusting the trunion is a large job.

Shifter & Brake pedal Specifications: I cannot get my toe under the shifter to do a toe lift shift, is there a specified distance between toe lift and floor board? Likewise, my brake pedal is so...

You didn't say what year and model your bike is but on all H-D bike the shifter position is adjustable. Take the bolt out and pull the shifiter off the splines. Mark it before you do. Change the angle up or down one spline and try it. If it's a Big Twin, sometimes you can get a bit of adjustment at the shifter reach rod as well. As for the brake pedal, there isn't a lot of adjustment but you can look at the return stop. Sometimes the bikes are equipped with a bolt that acts as a stop for when the pedal returns. Depends on the model of the bike.

Good Luck

Replacing plastic strap that hold the toe cap.

You just need to remove the binding form the board and look underneath the binding. If it doesn't drop out by itself just lever the broken piece out with a flat head screw driver. Once this is done you can insert the new part screw on the cap strap

Rear brake replacement

hi to get the pads in you did screw the calipers pistons all the way back and you should have backed the hand brake cable off as well then adjusted the cable afterwards problem with self adjusting calipers is you can adjust the handbrake cable and the brakes are ok until driven then they can bind so try backing the adjustment off on the handbrake [should really change both calipers as a pair to keep the axles brake balance but this is not anything to do with the brakes binding] best of luck paul
