Don't know how to use my espresso machine

I got a meex20B espresso machine for christmas and used it once before we moved and lost the instructions and i've forgotten how to use it. can you help me?

If they don't have them, they should know where tosend you (though if they don't, I'd seriously wonder about thecompany). I'd try the toll-free number first; the voicemail attendant will also give you the option of sending a priority email.

Try to go back from where you got it from and tell them what happen maybe they can give u another piece or tell u where to go.
