The remote codes are available here: http://www.urc.philips.com/ ; select your country and click the right arrow. Then identify your remote model and then click on the remote code finder for that remote. The model number is usually on the front of the remote and inside the battery compartment. Use the search engine or go through the list of all Philips remotes.

If your TV was released less than 6 months before the remote was programmed or is newer than the TV, then the code may not be included.

For example the SRP4004/27 uses the code 2195 for all Philips devices and 3715 for all Philips Magnavox devices.
