Question about Sekonic Digi Lite F L-328 Exposure Meter Flash/ambient

Open Question

Sekonic L-328 Battery is fresh and all contacts are clean. Power switch also ok. But, if you turn unit off and then turn on - it remains shut down. You must eject battery and insert it back to bring it to work. I saw two seconics with this problem.
