Question about Microsoft Sony VAIO 3544501 Notebook
I work at a pawnbroker where we had just purchased a Sony Vaio Micro PC and had watched the previous owner delete the fingerprint currently on it to ensure that we would be able to login and use it. However upon turning back on in a few hours time it would not let us login. I did try logging in as an administrator but to no avail. If there is any advice anyone can offer me it would be greatly appreciated as I hope we did not just spend alot of money on a very expensive(but nice) paperweight. Thank you
You will need to have the person you bought it from, give the sign in password, and once signed in create a fingerprint file for yourself.
