Question about HP Mini 110-1037NR Netbook
When I use HP Instant Web to log onto Facebook and click on Candy Crush Saga, I get the message "You need to upgrade your Flash Player". When I try to download Flash Player upgrade I get the message "You need Firefox V 4 or higher". When I try to download that, it just wants me to save the file to a usb flash drive which I do.... but how to I then get this file to update my firefox on the netbook? Thanks.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

If you are receiving an error message that Bootmgr is missing, follow the steps in the below link:
Insert the Recovery disc and boot of your laptop and Repair your computer

This error occurs when you are in a domain, and the files came from other users.
What you can do is right click a folder or a file > properties
look for the security tab then, add everyone on the list. And make sure that you check full on the permissions.
you can get back to me if this doesn't work.

SOURCE: I recover the operating system
Go into the BIOS by pressing f10 when powering on the laptop.
Go to System Configuration and choose Device Configuration
Scroll down to SATA Native Mode and disable.
Press f10 to save configuration. The computer should reboot and press f9 to select boot device.
See if the 160GB hdd is now showing as an option. If it is then you are in luck.
p.s: You may need to update the BIOS to the latest if it still does not show up for you.

Testimonial: "thanks for your solution. but, how I can update the bios?"
There are a number of reasons that may cause your HP Mini running slow, but generally two factors: outdated hardware or poor system maintenance. For hardware part: you can get more RAM, higher CPU etc. For system part: there might be a lot of junk files, caches, errors etc out there, about 80% slow HP issues are caused by this reason, in this case you can rely on http://www.speeduphp.com/speed-up-slow-hp-mini.html to free detect and fix related issues.
