I can't hear people that call me unless I put them on speaker phone. Called Motorola and they had me reset the phone but that did nothing. Any other suggestions?

This is the reason they are going to stop making the nseries due to the nokia nSeries going slow after awhile. There isn't much you can do but with the gallery situation it may be due to the amount of images and images sizes you have.

You need to changed,Your mouth piece, and you earpiece.
As for your ringer, it can be changed, but sometimes the problems always from the panel of the phone, and when it's from there, and ones is from there,it's damaged.
For your mouth piece and your earpiece it will workafter changing it.
