Question about Fargo HDP5000 Thermal Printer
First there is an abnormal noise it makes (as though friction-not well lubricated) prior to transferring the card? Then after it gives ERROR 103 Here is the narrative of the problem. > "Headlift sensor is not detecting movement from the Headlift CAM" Reboot the printer by cycling power. > Kind regards. John email: email@example.com
Erro 103 could cos by head voltage erro or head fit erro.
this could be a problem with the printhead lift or transfer roller headfit.
reset the printer and try again ...
