Question about Cell Phones
Hi, as Lycamobile user I returned from abroad, roaming worked fine but since I'm back in UK I can't connect to a network here, trying everything. It happened me in the past before and I had to get a new sim card but now I really need to keep my current number. Other sim cards work fine around here (I live in the center of London), do you have any idea how to solve this issue? Thank you, Stepan.
You should be talking to your service provider about the problem
it may be a simple need to preregister that sim card to the local network and that can be done at any service provider shop

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can do it by flashing your mobile if your mobile is a CDMA mobile...
The procedure for flashing your mobile is in the link below
It has an video explanation.
If your mobile is not an CDMA mobile , you can get the network unlock code(NCK) by just contacting the current network provider customer care department. It is free of cost.
