Broken stud on front. Do i need to replace whole hub. There is no room in back to take out studs
The stud bolts are driven into the hub with a press. You have to
remove the hub to replace it or have it done.
A new hub for your car on internet sites goes for 35 to 75 dollars.
so repairing the hub is out of the question
I could replace it if it were my car but I don't know what your mech,
experience is. I f you can do it yourself it's the price of the hub plus
4 to 6 hours of greasy hands and a few banged knuckles.
Wheels are not likely to come off with one lug nut missing, just thought I'd mention that.

To remove that hub you will destroy the bearing. Because you have to remove it with a slide hammer. It is not necessary to remove the hub to change the studs. Remove the caliper, caliper bridge and rotor. Using a hammer simply knock out the stud or studs you want to replace. Put new stud in and using a sleeve that has a bigger diameter than the stud (I use a big nut, like the one on the axle) put big nut over stud and screw lug nut on stud and tighten until head of stud is flush with hub. Re-install rotor, caliper bridge and caliper. Hope this helps.

To replace a front wheel stud you need to remove the wheel, next remove the brake caliper. Next the brake rotor should slide off. You will need to get a punch and hammer and drive the old stud out then install new one by inserting it into the hub and using a large thick washer on the stud as a spacer thread a lug nut onto the stud and tighten to draw the stud into the hub. Reinstall brakes and wheel.

grind a flat spot on the round head of the new stud this should give enough clearance to install it. don't pull the hub this will damage the bearing.
