It seems you're having trouble with VisualBee. For chrome/firefox you need to follow a couple of steps to remove the visualbee toolbar. 1. Open chrome and go to Tools - Extensions. From here, you can remove the visualbee toolbar by first deactivating the plugin by unchecking the box, and secondly using the trash can icon, you can remove the toolbar extension completely. 2. Next, you can go into settings and select Search Providers and remove the "Conduit" search link. 3. The last thing you need to do is reset your home page fromt he settings. You can remove the preset conduit homepage and use Google or whatever else you need. For a more graphic oriented removal guide, you can visit, www.visualbee.com/uninstall-visualbee.html hope this help. Anna.

It depends on what browser you're using
i only know google chrome and internet explorer
this won't uninstall it, but it will make the browser get rid of it
for google chrome, go to settings. below On Startup, it must have been checked Open a specific page or set of pages. recheck Open New Tab page.
For internet explorer, what you got to do is in the top right, there should be a Tools. Click on it, then go all the way down to Internet Options. Then click on general(if you're not there) and under Browsing history, it has a button that says delete. Click that, then it will give you some kind of list of what you want to delete. Choose Temporary Internet files, cookies, and Download history.
If you have another browser then I have no idea because I don't have other browsers.
Hope this works! (If you have Google Chrome or Internet Explorer

For Internet Explorer, if it doesn't work, go to Tools, then Manage add-ons, then Search Providers, then disable it.

Chris - That does not work. The toolbar and search bar remain in three different browsers. (Internet Exploder, FF, & Chrome)

I open Yahoo...the page opens, then when I click on mail..I only get a page with nothing downloaded. I need to access this email and am puzzled. Also have cleared and cleaned any viruses.

I had the same problem and took me 1/2 a day to get my yahoo email to work right. I disabled a toolbar or add on, and the next day, I had the same problem your having. Even after uninstalling and deleting that toolbar or add on out of my system. It wasn't until I deleted the toolbar or add on in my AVG start up menu did the problem go away.
After accepting toolbars or add ons and then later deleting or disabling them is what causes this problem. Some are search engines and will still be operating even though you have tried to get rid of it. That why when you connect with your email your not getting anything because, the search engine is chasing it's tail looking for what to do. All you can do is try to get such hang ups complete out of your computer system. First, by not downloading something your not going to want from being installed. Look and see what you may have installed, and tried to get rid of later.
