Sound does not work on several channels on Hisense LCD1504

Nothing to worry, You change to AV mode to TV mode and wise verse,
If nothing happen then call the service center, It only two months old.

Without the remote no way to unlock the lock.

Stuck "run channel scan" use antenna

If the tv was setup with auto tune it will only store the amount of channels(signals) that it can pickup
so if the signal is worse on that outlet it will find and store less channels

remove the batteries from the remote to see if it that changing the channels, if so, strip and clean the remote and try again, alternatively, check the buttons on the set for operation, they could have got grubby/sticky

My tv has a "game" button and that is the only way my dvd will play on it. Hope this helps.

I, also, have the Hisense LCD 1504 and cannot turn it on with the original remote. I have to use the ON button on the side every morning. You have to hold this button in for a while then wait a while and presto, the blue button shows on the front and the picture comes on. If it fails to work the first try, just try try again. It does work for me this way. We had this same experience with the TV in our room at a Hotel where we were on vacation and the TV worked fine when we turned it on using the side ON button. It just takes a while for the picture to appear. Hope this clue will help someone.
