Question about Akai LCT2715 27 in. LCD Television
I have an Akai Rear Projection 46" TV that I have had for about 3 yrs now. Last week tried to turn it on and the green light just stayed flashing and the sound came on but no picture. It continues to do the same. When the picture would come on the light that is labeled lamp is red on the front panel, now that light does not come on the green light just continues to flash.
Is it a CRT or a DLP/LCD projector? If not a CRT, a worn-out projection lamp can cause this symptom. When it is a DLP projector, a faulty Colour Wheel sensor can be the additional problem. If it is a CRT projection unit the High Voltage and deflection circuit must be examined...
Please tell me more about your unit...
