How can i remove safe mode on a zeepad 7.0

Most probably there's a break in the charging circuit. Is the charger in working order? CHECK THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE OF THE CHARGER. Try booting with the power connected. If it starts, then the battery is dead. If still doesn't work, then need to check internal circuit.

On your home screen tap the the app button,then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.

go to google and type zeepad charger. AMAZON has then for $5.00 and cheaper.

Is there a charging indication? if so, keep it off, and leave it plugged in, for a long time. I'd say a few hours to a day. Then try to turn it on.

This sounds like a hard drive error. You should deliver it to a professional, or test it by yourself it that is possible. If you have some kind of warranty for your computer, you should deliver it were you bought it.

You will need to start your computer in the "Safe Mode", you do this by tapping F8 while the computer is starting up.
Once the computer has started, select "Safe Mode"
Once you are in the safe mode, then you will double left click on "Start">Control Panel>User Accounts>Change an Account.
Now you can change your password,delete the account,etc.

Have you tried opening it in safe mode? To enter safe mode, shut down your pc and then start the pc whilst tapping the f8 button repeatedly. This will bring up a black screen with several options. Start the pc in safe mode and see if something is stopping the program from opening.
