Need to restore default settings

Want to reset an adapter or a router ? Network adapters don't usually save their configuration so there is no reset button. They are given their settings by the operating system. If they are configured to take the config from the network they broadcast a special message. A process in the router (or elsewhere in corporate networks) called DHCP sends them back the info they need.

The driver should be on the manufacturers web site. If it is a card, the manuf of the card. If it is on a motherboard, check the mainboard manuf or if a brand name Dell, Lenovo, IBM, etc.
check that site.

Normally the 'auto' setting will work.

Good day. Need a driver for SMC Sun PCI Quad Fast

Please be informed that any Driver Software depends upon its Hardware make and Operating System support. You need to know all these information to get started working with that particular hardware. You can find the driver software inside the disc provided to you at the time of purchase.
As per your query i have checked a lot of technical sites and even Sun microsystems, but I found that this network device can not be installed in a windows platform as this only supports Solaris Operating System. Please find the detail here
The Sun Quad FastEthernet SBus adapter is supported on systems running the Solaris operating environment, versions 2.4, 2.5, 2.5.1, 2.5.1 Hardware releases, and 2.6. The Sun Quad FastEthernet PCI adapter is only supported on systems running the Solaris 2.5.1 Hardware releases and Solaris 2.6.

How to turn on wireless on Lenovo T61 laptop?

I checked the manufacturer's web-site:

but did not find any device-driver for the wireless-adapter for your Operating System.

This might imply that the wireless-adapter is fully supported by the Operating System, i.e., no additional device-driver is needed.

Open the "Network Connections" window, and display all the currently-defined network-adapters -- the wireless adapter should be present. Select it, and right-mouse click on its icon, and choose "enable".

No, the USB standard is not supported on the Sparcstation. Also, Windows XP is for x86 machines, not sparc based machines. You'll be able to run UNIX and its varients. Also, its a RISC based processor, which will give you a lot more punch than the x86 machines you're used to.

Of note, the TI 170 mhz procesor has issues with linux.

You'll need a sun keyboard for the machine.

I need a JNI drivers for redhat linux, do you have any idea regards to this

It is a hard thing. JNI is bought by AMCC.
In a few years ago (2002) the HBA-s are supported under Redhat Linux (6 or 7) but, currently drivers disappears from the manufacturers web site ( , and company policy said that only the current drivers
appears on the web site. I dont found any Linux hba driver.

So it is not supported unfortunately. :(

System not detecting the disk array.

Hi there, You apparently don't have downloaded all drivers and software needed. I'd go to: hardware/docs/Network_Storage_Solutions/Adapters/index.html. Install the software in the following sequence: 1. Download and install Sun StorEdge SAN Foundation software 4.2 packages and patches. See Sun StorEdge SAN Foundation Software 4.2 Installation Guide, 817-1244. 2. Download and install the appropriate JNI 2 Gb PCI Single and Dual Port HBAs packages and patches. See JNI 2 Gb PCI Single and Dual Port Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapters Release Notes, 817-2260. Good luck!
