a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: authorization code please....
I suggest you talk with adobe to get that if those are legitimate numbers.
If you can't afford the rather steep $1000+ price tage of photoshop might a suggest the cheaper photoshop elements? Maybe open source (and free) equivalents such as TheGimp or Artweaver would be more appropriate.

erm I wouldn;t put my key on the net!!
You should contact Adobe - when you register online it generates the code for you that you have to paste back into Adobe.
If this is pirate key or just by you posting this on the net you may have a blacklisted key!
Is the question for how to gain the code or how to put it in? It should talk you through it onscreen - although I admitt Adobe can be a bit obscore!
