My Incredimail account all of a sudden won't work and it tells me that It can't connect to my e mail sever.... that is YOU> I can go through mail.fitisitcardio.com and get my mail, but Yahoo won't recognize my incredimail account to download my mail to it, yet I have had this account with no trouble for two years. Can you help. We have tried setting and resetting all the properties and advanced settings..they are all good.Now that it is providing us the info that our server won't recoginze or connect to incredimail....can you help me PLEASE~~~

What opperating system do you have,
Windows XP or Vista? Just courious incase I need to help you further.

Bring up Incredimail and click on tools.
Click on Accounts.
Then on the right side click on remove.
Next click on Add.
This will bring up another window and click on the Automatically Configure Settings.
Then just follow the instructions.
(What I think is that some how your e-mail settings have been changed. Hopefully this will help.)
When finished it should work. If it doesn't I will assist you further. If I could talk to you it would be so simple to get it working for you. Bud

Need help to correct Incredimail send/receive mail problem?


Hello friend,

I Guess this is common problem you don't need to worried about that you just have to reset all mails setting by following these steps.
When your Incredimail window is open click on the tools that's mention on top of Incredimail window, then go to your @email account and add E-mail you want to receive mails from then reconfigure email account automatically or manually you can also use user E-mail users like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, Roadrunner, hope it'll work for your sending and receiving trouble because this information is out from Incredimail support website

Can you tell me why since i upgraded to the latest version of windows now i cannot get my incredimail to send or recieve. lindsay


win 10 does not recognize that mail server so you may have to reinstall that mail system
if you have troubles take it to a computer shop and ask them to install it
I had the same problems as it would not recognize bigpond server and it took a long time to get may mail back on after I junked win 10 and went back to win 7

Incredimail says error authentication failed


This means that your account details have changed and are incorrect. (i.e. password or username) Incredimail suggest the following course of action.... (But, that said, yu shouldn't need to delate the account, just go into tools, accounts, and then properties - you should be able to change things there... Have you tried your ISP's webmail login, to validate the username/password.

First remove your Email Account configuration, and then Reconfigure it again:

  • Open IncrediMail, click the 'Tools' menu and select 'Accounts'. In the 'Mail Accounts' dialog, select your email account and click 'Remove'.
  • After removing the account click on 'Add' and reconfigure your email account.

Please check that your Username and Password match the one given to you by your Email Provider!

I downloaded incredimail, now all my mail goes there instead of gmail. If I uninstall incredimail will everything go back to gmail? Thanks for the help.

This happened to my parents, I'm just going to try to phone them and fix it. I have seen online that your mails are still in google,but they were probably moved out of the inbox when Incredimail accessed the pop server using your gmail password.

You can find your emails in All Mail in gmail, if you check mark them and click 'move to inbox' they'll be back.

What is worrying is how that damned incredimail found the passwords, they are probably in a folder in the google folder in AppData.

I have seen online that the same incredimail also downloads web extensions/plugins that try to direct your searches, and also lots of adware.

It surprises me that anyone views it as legitimate software. Especially the way it downloads itself when someone is only trying to download things like emoticons, the way it then surreptitiously searches your computer and finds passwords to other email accounts, and then logs itself onto the pop server without any user permission.

I am not even sure how it changes Gmail settings to move mail out of your inbox. It may actually send your password to a server somewhere which logs onto your gmail account and changes settings.

It may do the same with hotmail, yahoo, msn email accounts.

I have incredimail 2 and when i add a yahoo account it says that it has an invalid username/password and won't recieve emails. I can log on to my account online though


You must pay for Yahoo Mail Plus to receive your E-mail through a client such as Incredimail. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Having trouble with Incredimail,can recieve mail but cannot send


The best way to correct this is to go under accounts in incredimail and delete them. Set them back up again (pinging occurs so you can connect) If that does not work, call your internet service provider to help you do this over the phone. I have had to call Cox communications before and they fixed it in a jiffy

No product...connect yahoo account to incredimail


If you are using Yahoo MAil Plus then kindly inform me but if you are not using a paid yahoo account then you can't send or receive emails on an email client.

Cannot use outlook express or incredimail.


To find the to the incoming settings for your e mail account in Outlook express

In the google search string > Outlook+your ESP
Exp : test@comcast.net > Outlook+comcast

Open Outook express > Tools > Accounts > Mail Properties check if the incoming settings are matching
