Caller ID is a staple in every iPhone. Your service provider may have blocked your Caller ID, so make sure to check with them first. To check if your iPhone has enabled the Caller ID setting:
1. Go to settings.
2. Click on Phone.
3. Click on Show my Caller ID, and select Yes.

check all the connectors that you removed before the reparation.. remove it and put it back again and might solve your problem.

its a apple product. you have enough memory in your iphone4. so if you want to attach a external memory card slot then you should go to a apple phone service centre. they will solve your problem.
