Well I can't find this model exactly but other sony dual decks seem to use a belt that is 8.2 inches in circumference. See page 88 of
you will have to match the width as close as what you have left.

Ive used o-rings from home depot with no issues before....I did a little research and the part numbers match to
I would investigate on your own to make sure, but the parts cross referenced
