Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Take the battery, sim card and memory cards out. Now put the battery back in hold the S and L keys down at the same time and turn the power on still holding the 2 keys down what till you see the att screen which comes just after the flying 3G's then let go off the keys it will take a few mins to boot but it will and a screen will come telling you that there is no sim card after this happens take the battery out and put the sim and memory cards back in and turn the phone on it will be just like out of the box good luck
