I cant get music

Hello yes i just download music from madia player and it wont play it's says it's not supported and how do i download videos to my philips

Music - the newer Philips players do not support DRM-protected files. You will have to use songs that are in Mp3 format, or songs that are non-protected WMA's (NOTE: non-protected WMA's generally are only converted from CD's you own. I don't know of any music services that use them).

Video - the installation CD should have come with a program called the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter. If you have lost your installation CD, you can acquire this program from the Philips website. The program must be used to convert and transfer videos to your Philips.

The music must all be in mp3 format this player does not support mp4 or aac. it should play wma but if not conver the music to mp3 then put it on the player

I cant play songs i downloaded. i downloaded songs of the internet and it wont play

this player does not support copyed songs or internet downloaded songs because it recognised only originals.

Downloading

if your talking about a flex upgrade the answer is yes, but you will need the tech. menu codes, to actually install it. without it it wont do anything.

now if your talking about downloading movies, and burning them to a dvd, and making them play then yes if u burn the video files into a dvd format.

if your talking about burning music, then yes that will play also.
