the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Step1There are a few ways to get your dvd/cd drive release itself. The first thing you should try is shut your equipment completely off for a couple of minutes allowing it to cool down. Once you turn it back on try to press the release button on your equipment. Step2If that does not work try to use a very thin flat tip screwdriver. Insert in on one of the sides of the dvd/cd drive and try to pull it out softly while pressing the eject button simultaneously. Do not force it out but give enough pressure while pressing the eject button. Step3More than likely inserting a screwdrive should release the dvd/cd drive. You can also try a butterknife as well just don't use to much force. Something else to check for is to make sure the power is acutally on for the device. If you are trying to open a drive that is not even on it will never open up for you.

I'm fairly confident that you need a Firmware Update. This can be done by running an Ethernet Cable to your player. The TV needs to be connected so you can navigate the Bluray Menu. Find the option under the Icon that looks like a briefcase and just select "Network Update"
You should be golden! (reply if this doesn't work...)
