SOURCE: Riso GR3750 T1 error Drum Jam

I had this problem too: just unlock the hook under the drum; disengage the drum then pull out the drum; then check the home position if not in position open the behind cover, pull the belt until you get the puller to the home position. You will get the same problem if you will not put the main drum puller to the home position. chimuntu@yahoo.com

SOURCE: Riso RP 3700 indicates that the master is still on

It honestly sounds like the unit is going to need some repair work. All the types of troubleshooting possible have been done by the looks of it. It's a hardware problem which is impossible to repair remotely.

You can call Riso at 978-777-7377 to find the nearest service center.

Sorry about that.

Thanks for your patience and understanding,

Tim

Riso EZ 200E model gives error message A-01 -211

A-01-211 basically means there is master material under the position sensor while in standby. Referring to the manual open the master drawer and clamp rewind the master material back on it roll and close the lid/clamp. This allows the master unit to reset or to say "return home" action. Now open and re-insert the master material in its proper place. This is similar to A-34-218 code.

I have the d17 error message. I did try to reset it but it still shows the error.

Hello,
D17
236 - incorect master roll
237 - master roll undetected
238 - master roll communication error
239 - wrong master roll detect
241 - detected a mismatch in master roll information
you must stop the machine and remove the cable from the print drum PCB and check that there is no ink on the connector or the PCB.
If there is no ink try to enter in test mode and activate 0890 test.
If it dose not work call for tech from Riso.
