Question about Washing Machines
Growling sound while agitater is working
It sounds like a water hose is leaking or has a split in it. Check the water in-take hoses on the back of the washing macine, to see if its leaking or split. If they are leaking, unscrew the hose and check or replace the rubber washer, thats in the brass screw-in part. Next, unplug the washer power cord, unscrew the intake water hoses that are in the back and turn the washer on it's side and check the water hoses underneath the washer. They may be loose or split. Any hardware store should have these hoses in stock, like Lowes or Home Dept, or your local "Do it center".
